

Let sit for 45 minutes, tossing every 15 minutes. Add the juice of a lemon, 3 tablespoons melted butter and 1/4 cup of sugar to a medium-sized bowl and mix well. Reduce oven to 350 degrees F and bake for another 8 minutes. Pull the shell out of the oven and take out the pie weights.
